Dr. Perry Marcel is a graduate of Baylor College Of Dentistry in Dallas Texas and a Hospital, Anesthesia residency at Texas A&M Medical School in Temple Texas V. A. Hospital. He also served in the Air Force and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
